Last Temptation mit ihrem 2. Album »Fuel For My Soul«. Gegründet von Gitarrist Peter Scheithauer (Killing Machine, Belladonna, Temple of Brutality) und dem Sänger Butcho Vukovic (Watcha, Showtime), mit Bassist Julien Rimaire (Los Dissidentes Del Sucio Motel) und Schlagzeuger Vince Brisach (Mitch Ryder) hat die Band eine ganz neue Rhythmusgruppe, die sie auf »Fuel for my Soul« unterstützt. »Fuel for my Soul« hat einen völlig anderen Produktionsstil als das Debütalbum der Band.

Die Band hatte über 40 Demos, bevor sie sie schließlich auf 11 knallharte Tracks einschränkte Alle Rhythmusspuren, Bass, Schlagzeug und Gitarren wurden live aufgenommen, und die Songs sind weitaus vielseitiger als die vorherige Veröffentlichung. Während Last Temptation immer noch ihre Ozzy / Black Sabbath-Einflüsse beibehalten, fügen sie einen grungigen Twist hinzu, zusammen mit großen Refrains, die einen 80er-Jahre-Vibe verleihen. Ein großer Schritt vorwärts für Last Temptation.

Einzig 'Free, Strong And Loud' und 'Main Attraction' fallen ob ihrer Langatmigkeit ein wenig ab, doch wenn sich, wie in diesem Falle, mit dem facettenreichen 'In The Mirror' und 'The Answer' gleich zwei neue Rock-Brocken in den Weg legen, dann kann man ob nicht ganz so starker Tracks auch ein Auge zudrücken. Led by guitarist Peter Scheithauer, Last Temptation is a French heavy rock band that has been making waves since its formation in 2019. It is now Loup Malevil who adds his powerful, melodic and charismatic voice to the mix, infusing the music with raw energy. Be ready! Because this cowboy promises you one hell of a trip!

They are supported by the talented drummer Fabio Alessandrini, with a groove that’ll keep you going. With proved skills with Annihilator, he solidifies the band’s rhythm section, laying the foundation for their explosive sound.

On bass, Franz OA Wise, a familiar face from Last Temptation’s 2022 tours, officially joins the band and completes the line-up. One thing is certain, his eagerness on stage is infectious!

With a second album « Fuel for my Soul » released in May 2022 and successful shows at Hellfest, and opening for Scorpions, the band has some good surprises in store for us. An alchemy arises from the organic vocals and the catchy riffs of the 7-string, to create a sweating heavy rock, at the crossroads of Aerosmith and Van Halen.
