A special debut album release of renowned Jazz Pianist Hila Kulik.

Her new album “More Than A Change” is a presentation of her own original music. Influenced by Swing, Jazz, and Soul along with hints of middle eastern rhythms and classical harmony.

Hila is a Jazz pianist, composer and arranger who has captivated the Jazz scene, performing around the world with the finest jazz artists, including vocalist Cyrille Aimee (France), saxophonist Antonio Hart (New York), trumpeter Wayne Tucker (New York), singer Ahinoam Nini (Israel), and many others.

Her album was recorded in NYC with well-established US based Jazz musicians, with whom she has collaborated and performed all over the world.

With them Kulik managed to exhibit her innovative musical approach, connecting the past and the future of the musical world while showcasing her virtuosic piano playing and musicianship.

Hila Kulik
began studying piano at the age of 8 and graduated from the Jerusalem Academy in 2010. After playing with many of Israel's finest musicians, Hila came to New York in January 2014 and earned a Master's degree from the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College in January 2016. Over the past decade, Hila has performed with leading jazz musicians in Israel and abroad, includingAchinoam Nini (Noa), Antonio Hart, Donald Harrison, Michael Varekamp, Bria Skonberg, Pauline Jean (NYC), Shirzette Tinnin and many more. She has performed in countless venues and festivals from Israel to Europe to the USA. In addition to her pianistic activities, she works as a consultant and coordinator for the jazz program at the Aaron Copland School of Music.

Omri Abramov is an Israeli saxophonist. He is co-leader of the jazz fusion band 'Niogi' and leads his own trio in NYC. Born in Jerusalem in 1989, Abramov began his saxophone training at the age of 13 and set foot in the professional world of jazz at the age of 18. By 2011, Abramov had played several times with various groups at some of Israel's leading jazz festivals. His musical portfolio includes collaborations with Odean Pope, Ester Rada, Pete Lockett, Roland Guerin, Shai Maestro, Per Mathisen, Marina Maximilian, Heinrich von Kalnein and more.

Haggai Cohen-Milo was born in Israel and is known for his work as a double bassist, composer and performance artist. For more than ten years he has been developing his own method in collaboration with dancers and choreographers, which acts as a link between sound, movement and visual art in performance art. Haggai Cohen-Milo performs in front of audiences, but also works in the recording studio and appears on over 30 albums for labels such as Warner Music Group, Fresh Sound Records or Tzadik. In 2017, the musician moved to Berlin, and a year later he received the Echo in the category "Ensemble National" together with the Israeli Omer Klein Trio.

Peter Somos, who grew up in Budapest, began his professional drumming career at the age of 14 and graduated summa cum laude from Codarts University of Music in Rotterdam. Throughout his career he has recorded or performed with artists such as Casey Benjamin, Mahesh Vinayakram, Nadishana, Paquito D'Riviera, Besh o droM, Krzysztof Scieranski, to name a few. He has also played at festivals such as Sziget (HU), Exit (SR), WOMADelaide (AUS), Meskie Granie, Jamboree, Opener' (PL), Sudtirol Jazz (IT), JodhpurRIFF, Kolkata Jazz (IN), Shanghai World Music (CN), or the Jeju World Music (KR). He is an experienced studio musician who has participated in several recordings in many styles (from jazz to pop-rock to metal). He was also hired by the best rock metal studio in Eastern Europe (Hertz Studios, known for their work with Behemoth or Decapitated) to record the whole sound library.
