For 20 years, Florian Pellissier, together with drummer David Georgelet, double bassist Yoni Zelnik, saxophonist Christophe Panzani, and trumpeter Yoann Loustalot, has been shaping a lively jazz style based on the hard bop roots of 1960s New York and its European echoes, while always building a creative, high-class bridge to the present day. Pellissier has worked with such diverse personalities as Iggy Pop, Guts, Anthony Joseph, Setenta, Leron Thomas, and Shola Adisa-Farrar, always praised by the press and the first French jazz artist with over a million streams on a single song.
