Info for Ever Open Door
This stunning project includes new arrangements of Supertramp’s Ever Open Door (Richard Davies) and If Everyone Was Listening (Roger Hodgson) plus an eclectic mix of other tearjerkers, ballads and songs by the likes of Peter Gabriel, Paolo Fresu, Jim Scott and AE Housman, superbly arranged by Andy Scott.
The unique line up of saxophone, strings and the soulful Hammond plus John’s dry wit and insight promises a unique listening experience.
"Ever Open Door is an appropriate title for this album because my musical influences are wide-ranging I'm always listening." (John Helliwell)
