Vlado Grizelj
was born in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

He studied jazz guitar at the Richard Strauss Conservatory with Peter O'Mara and founded the band Etna during this time, with whom he played until 2010 and recorded two CDs.

From 2014 to 2018 he played in the ensemble "Passo Avanti".

In 2018 he released his trio CD "Different Worlds" with Sebastian Gieck on double bass and Sebastian Wolfgruber on drums.

Since 2022 he has been working with his new quartet with Matthias Bublath (keys), Christian Lettner (drums) and Boris Boskovic (bass).

He has already performed in Germany, Italy, Austria, B&H, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore.

Grizelj's composition "Lullaby" was used in the 2013 Hollywood film "Alles eine Frage der Zeit" (original title "About Time").
