TONALi Trio
The TONALi cultural project, which won the ECHO Klassik award in 2017, was developed as an innovative education format in the field of classical music.

Pupils from three selected schools are trained by the Münchner Künstlerhaus in two workshops to organise both a school concert and a final concert at the Münchner Künstlerhaus. Basic knowledge of cultural management is taught in advance, moderation training takes place and responsibility is transferred. The project is brought to the stage of the Münchner Künstlerhaus in close co-operation with the top musicians mentioned above. After the final concert, all young cultural managers receive a certificate that can be used for future job applications.

Daniel Linton-France
Born in Australia, Daniel Linton-France gained his first musical experience in the St Mary's Cathedral Choir in his home town of Sydney.

After attending the local Conservatorium-Gymnasium, where he studied piano, harpsichord, horn, composition and conducting, he studied piano with Christoph Lieske and conducting with Dennis Russel-Davies and Jorge Rotter at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, where he graduated with a Master of Arts degree.

Since 2000 he has worked regularly as a pianist and conductor at the Tyrolean Festival in Erl and in 2001 became musical director of the "Convento dell'Angelo" in Lucca, Italy, where the artistic headquarters of the "Accademia di Montegral" founded by Gustav Kuhn is located.

He has performed in Austria, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Australia and Switzerland as a conductor, soloist, chamber musician and lied accompanist and has worked with the "Orchester der Tiroler Festspiele", the "European Festival Orchestra", the "Haydn Orchester Bozen", "Ensemble Risognanze, Milan", "Concierto München", the "Filharmonica Marchigiana" and the "SBS Orchester, Sydney". As a composer, he has written for theatre, choir and various instrumental combinations.

He won a prize at the "Int. Wettbewerb Schubert und die Moderne" 2003, Graz for the work "Du bist die Ruh" for flute and piano
