In the late 80s, the German trumpet player Uli Beckerhoff, Jasper van't Hof and the legendary soft machine drummer John Marshall went to the studio to record Camporondo.
In the two decades before the recording, they had met again and again in different line-ups without finding a common project. With this production they now present a coherent, but always surprising music. Avant-garde is confronted with rocking jazz, acoustic sounds alternate with modern sounds.
