Info for Different Voices - Made in Germany

To mark its 20th anniversary, the Bosch Big Band released its fourth production. Its title "Different Voices - Made in Germany" symbolises the fact that all arrangements and compositions were created in Germany. With its usual powerful sound and virtuoso solos, the Bosch Big Band interprets works by Mattias Anton, Werner Acker, Tobias Becker, Paul Heller, Peter Herbolzheimer, Ralf Hesse, Jörg Achim Keller, Torsten Maaß, Lukas Pfeil, Tini Thomsen, and Prof. Dr Thorsten Wollmann, among others, on the album.

Bosch Big Band

Bosch Big Band
The Bosch Big Band, founded in 2003, has a wide repertoire ranging from classics of the swing era, to earthy soul and funk titles, to cool Latin pieces.

The band shone at performances including at jazz galas with Jiggs Whigham, Silvia Droste and Bill Ramsey and on tours to Hungary and the USA.

With “My Favorite Things”, “In a Mellow Tone”, “All I Want for Christmas” and “Different Voices – Made in Germany”, the Bosch Big Band has now released four studio productions.

In 2020, the well-known saxophonist Prof. Matthias Anton took over the musical direction of the Bosch Big Band. Look forward to further musical highlights with us.
