Info for Musica libera

The programme of this album has several threads that allow you to listen to it in many ways. You will find on it a well thought through selection of works written in the second half of the 20th century (except Krzysztof Penderecki?s La Follia) by Polish composers ? doyens of contemporary classical music. Anyone who wants to see their achievements in the field of chamber music, here has a wonderful opportunity to do so. The album shows the specificity of Polish music along with its many colours. These are virtuoso pieces, giving the performers a field to show off, and the listeners the pleasure of admiring their technical skill and musicality.
