The group offers original, modern and lyrical music that moves between instrumental pieces and chamber music inspired by classical music (preludes, fugues, variations).

Like Keith Jarrett’s quartet and Brad Mehldau’s trio, the Bordeaux-based quintet is committed to acoustic music in which sound and emotion are shaped by refined composition. On "Épisode Cycliste", this compositional style gives rise to sun-drenched melodies inspired by the Beach Boys’ pop; melancholic scenes painted in shades of blue and grey, inspired by the sea and its landscapes; heart-wrenching ballads as dark as coal; and joyfully explosive tracks where improvisation and the unexpected take centre stage. The aim is for each track to evoke a unique emotion in the listener, and for each composition to be an invitation to broaden the horizons of what is possible to imagine through music.
