Jahneration are two young enthusiasts determined to make their wildest dream come true.

From the first note, we understand that they grew up in reggae in the depths of Kingston, and hip-hop sprinkled with Californian rock. From the virality of a "Me Nah Fed Up" with Naâman to the meeting with Manu Chao, this duo of Frenchies has gone through all the stages of a successful development without ever contradicting each other. They are the reflection of their time, free, authentic, sincere, without thus wanting to become standards.

After the growing success since their first project ("Jahneration") followed by a mixtape gathering all their "Mic Sessions" and a 2nd album produced between Ferber and the Grande Armée studios ("Stuck in the middle"), the Parisian duo now offers a 3rd album: "Higher". A project which reaffirms an identity marked by a modern Reggae, married to Hip-Hop and Trap.

We recognize Jahneration by their taste for collaborations (Manu Chao, Alborosie...), two guests of mark were thus invited on this new album: the French Taïro and the Italian duo of Mellow Mood. "Higher" is an album with current and federative messages, with comforting and joyful sounds, an effective treatment against the ambient gloom.

Jahneration
is a Reggae Music/ Hip Hop duo of singers from Paris (France), founded in 2009. From Reggae roots to nu roots or Hip Hop, the two French singjays are comfortable on every field, and determined to spread their message all across the globe. Diversity, Unity and Sharing of Music are their main slogan, which they apply to their lyrics and ways of working. In fact, in 2011 a combination with the French singer Naaman has started to give them notoriety, and strength to continue spreading their message. Their first EP called “The Foreword” has been launched in 2013, and is still available on every legal download platforms. Encouraging, hopeful and dynamic lyrics combined with catchy and melodic riddims are the ingredients of this Parisian musical cocktail…
