Sabina von Walther
Born in Italy in 1968. In 1988 diploma in transverse flute at the Conservatory in Boze. Voice students at the Musikhochschule Wien with Helena Lazarska. Participation in the master classes for lied given by Kammermusiksänger Walter Berry and in the opera class of Bülter-Marell. In 1993 1st prize as well as „Erik-Werba“-Gedenkpreis at „Jugend musiziert“ in Leoben. In 1995 Pamina in Mozart’s „Zauberflöte“ with the Wiener Kammer-Orchester. In 1996 Poppea in Monteverdi’s „L’ Incoronazione di Poppea“ at the Schloßtheater Schönbrunn. CD-recordings.
