"The first time I heard the vibraphonist Severi Pyysalo, who appears on the album, was when he was 16 years old. I was sold by then, he has always been a role model for me. The other guest, Jukka Eskola, is a trumpet player I trust, he is the nicest person in the world who can make a musical diamond no matter what you put him in. Another important person in the project has been percussionist, recording artist and co-producer Abdissa "Mamba" Assefa, whose musical aesthetic is insane, he is the roots of the group," Johanna praises her colleagues.

Johanna Försti is known for her soulful voice and strong interpretations. She has become known to the whole nation from several TV programmes such as Obladii, Tähdet, tähdet and Tanssii Tähtien Kanssa, where she has been a long-time soloist since 2007. From 2022 to 2023, she was one of the main divas in the hit musical "Priscilla - Queen of the Desert" at the Helsinki City Theatre. She is currently finalising her third solo album, which will be released in spring 2024 and parts of which can be heard on stage at Krapin Pajan. It will be a soulful evening in good company, accompanied by good music.

The album "Wish I knew you better" will be released in spring 2024 and will feature guest appearances by Finnish jazz greats Severi Pyysalo on vibraphone and Jukka Eskola on trumpet.
