Fernab von Salzburger Akademismus und virtuoser Zurschaustellung trafen die Deutungen dieser Schülerin von Schnabel, Kodaly und Bartók den elementaren, den spannungsvollen Kern zwischen klassischem Formbewußtsein und theatralischer Grundhaltung Mozarts. Die vollständige Konzerteinspielung, eine wahrhaftige Schallplattenlegende, entstand Mitte der 60er Jahre mit dem versierten Vienna Festival Orchestra.
